This is our third home. We have experience dealing with realtors. james was great. he was always there for us. I felt we were his only clients. When I spoke to James the first time on the phone he asked questions on the type of home, area, etc. He then set up a website that was awesome. When I came to Georgia, he was there ready to spend the time I needed to find my home. He was very prepared, answered all my questions. We looked at many homes for 3 days. he was patient. James made the process fun. It's great to meet a realtor who is very efficient and I would highly recommend him!!
